Fantasy is pretty …
Fantasy is pretty nice for an older Carnival ship. It is older (1990) but has been pretty well renovated. Cabins are nice. Good bedding, flat screen TVs. It has Waterworks with one big water slide and two smaller ones. The lido deck restaurant is all newly renovated. We liked it. Much nicer than Holiday, I think. Holiday is gone, btw…transferred to Spain to sail with Iberocruceros.

I went on my first cruise last week out of Charleston on the Triumph. it was AWSOME. But the triumph is doing cruises out of New Orleans now according to what ive read. I wish they would have kept in Charleston permanently instead of the moving this ship there.

The Fantasy is replacing the Holiday in Mobile until May 2010; at which point it will reposition to Charleston permanently sailing on 4, 5 and 7 night cruises to the Bahamas and Key West.

leaving out of new orleans is fun, out of my 3 cruises 2 of them where out of no, lol. but yeah, i was on the norwegian spirit (out of new orleans of course) and she listed back and forth as well, it’s because of all the tight turns the ships has to make. but i found out that one of the spirit’s engines was broken, lol. i was wondering what all that junk was laying out at the port.
