Historic River Cities

This is a proposal to continue the maintained Mississippi River navigation channel up to Clearwater MN. The most northerly point of the DNR designated recreational river. It would require the removal of the dam at Coon Rapids or the installation of a pleasure craft lock as well the restoration of the old wing dams along this route. Stimulus money may be the answer.
