The Flood of Biblical Proportions Baton Rouge May, 13th 2011 Friday 13th
Governor Bobby Jindal says an additional 2,600 structures and 3,900 people will be impacted when the Morganza Spillway is opened. Jindal made the comments moments ago during a news conference. When The Levee
Breaks I’ll have no WROL at my place to stay.
BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
A request has been made to the Mississippi River Commission to open the Morganza Spillway. If the commission approves it, the anticipated opening date is May 12.
he Army Corps of Engineers released a map Saturday showing what could happen if the Morganza Spillway is opened.
Sections of Iberville, St. Mary, and Terrebonne parishes could get up to five feet of water.
Officials are witnessing the problems that accompany the rising waters, like sand boils that are blistering in canals around the bulging Mississippi River.
“As floodwaters progress through the Morganza Floodway to the Gulf of Mexico, the height of the water could reach between five and upwards of 25 feet above ground elevation, causing widespread flooding and inundation,” the Corps said in a news release. “Notification will be given in advance with adequate time for evacuation; however, expeditious action must be taken to protect life and property.”

As of May of 2011 we’ve all noticed that the Mississippi has reached Record Breaking flood levels that haven’t been touched since 1937. The government has organized destruction of levees to help direct the flow of the flood in an attempt to save certain land masses. Whether or not this is a good thing or bad thing, it cannot be denied that there is a historical flood taking place before our eyes.
What is interesting however is whether or not these events were known about. An interesting fact is that this flood event has been studied and predicted by modern scientists around the world for decades. There have been maps produced and various airings of this information to show just where these scientists believe the floods will take place, however nothing on a mass scale to inform citizens in these areas of the possibility. It was believed this event would take place in 2011 or 2012. I believe we’re watching it take place before our eyes!
Also, if this event is in fact true, and this area of the U.S. does in fact end up under water, then there is another region in our Country that is in danger and that is the entire west coast. These aren’t hollow predictions or spiritual predictions but rather what we all claim to wish to have when dealing with events of this scale – scientific proof. From all the studies done over the past few decades, and with all the hypothesis handed out by countless Scientists, I’d say this is something we should take seriously!
The west coast has been cluttered with earthquakes all up and down the west coast since Jan. of this year, and notably more than usual in this small amount of time! Is it possible that a major earthquake on the west coast could be the cause of a possible flood of Washington, California, and Oregon? Is this just another case of misplaced fear, or truth that can be taken as a warning?

SEE 1st EXPLOSION- http://2011tornadooutbreak.blogspot.com/2011/05/army-corps-1st-levee-explosion-blast.html The Army Corps of Engineers will begin blasting at 9 p.m. Monday. This breach will create a lake in the floodway in the next 24 to 36 hours. No civilians will be allowed in the area of the blast. Breaking the levee means flooding about 133,000 acres of farmland and 100 homes in Mississippi and New Madrid counties in the Birds Point – New Madrid Floodway.

Maj. General Michael Walsh, President of the Mississippi River Commission, says he has decided to operate the floodway project at Birds Point – New Madrid Floodway.
The Army Corps of Engineers will begin blasting at 9 p.m. Monday. The corps expects to see water flowing into the floodplain area around midnight.
They will work through the night, breaking another section of the levee in the southern part from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. Tuesday.
The final execution of the project will be in the upper portion between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesday.
They are in the final stages of preparation of the charges.
Maj. General Walsh says it is a “heart-wrenching” situation.
“This is the right time to operate it,” Walsh said.
Maj. General Walsh called this flooding unprecedented and historic and said public safety was his number one issue in initiating the plan to blow parts of the levee.
“Safety is our number one priority,” Walsh said. “And that was the main reason we stood down operations last night during lightning storms.”
This breach will create a lake in the floodway in the next 24 to 36 hours.
Around 150 members of the Army Corp of Engineers are working with the Coast Guard.
No civilians will be allowed in the area of the blast.
Breaking the levee means flooding about 133,000 acres of farmland and 100 homes in Mississippi and New Madrid counties.
The Ohio River was at 61.44 at Cairo as of 5 p.m. Monday, according to the National Weather Service.
Gov. Jay Nixon released the following statement regarding the decision by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers to intentionally breach the Birds Point-New Madrid Levee:
“One week ago, I activated the Missouri National Guard to protect lives and property in southern and southeast Missouri because of forecasts of historic flooding in that region. In recent days, rainfall has exceeded those initial forecasts, and Missourians are coping with record river levels along parts of the Mississippi. Today, more than 760 Citizen-Soldiers of the Missouri National Guard are on the ground in southeast Missouri. In cooperation with state, county and local law enforcement, they have evacuated the Birds Point-New Madrid floodway and continue to provide protection for the property families have left behind. I appreciate the tireless and professional efforts of all men and women of the Missouri National Guard, the Missouri State Highway Patrol and local agencies who are working long hours to complete their missions.
“Earlier this evening, Major Gen. Michael Walsh of the Corps of Engineers informed me of his decision to proceed with plans to blow a hole in the levee at Birds Point as soon as possible. This explosion will send a tremendous amount of water through approximately 130,000 acres of farmland in southeast Missouri. The General’s hope is that this action will relieve pressure on other parts of the levee system and save lives.
“As we have throughout this historic flooding, the State of Missouri will continue to provide resources and personnel to protect the people of the Bootheel. We have boots on the ground. We are prepared. And southeast Missouri will move forward again.
“I urge Missourians to continue to cooperate fully with state, county and local law enforcement, as they have at every stage of this process. Together, we will ensure that Missouri families stay safe in the coming days. And together, we will recover and rebuild.”

Here is a small video clip of Christmas eve on the Mississippi River in south Louisiana. This is a yearly tradition, mostly in the “River Parishes” (St. James, St. John and St. Charles parishes) and on the east side of river. The tradition is, depending on who you speak to, either to light the way for Papa Noel (cajun french Santa figure). Others say it is to help guide ships on the river, during December fog in Louisiana. Others say it is to help guide the faithful Catholics to Midnight Mass on Christmas. Whatever the belief, it is still a strong tradition, that still happens to this day on christmas eve. The River parishes are located between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. I have been numerous times and the bonfires can get quite large and really detailed and ALOT of work goes into them. I also would HIGHLY recommend attempting to go once in a lifetime, if possible. Thanks

With Levees breaking all over the United States of America, a completely different Levee design is needed. Mud is Mud. Dirt is Dirt. Water will “Liquefy” Mud (Dirt). That is a known fact. So why keep on building a system that will break again. That is wasting time and money.
I have been presenting this design for the past 3 years. I have been on TV. This system has been emailed to every Senator and Representative in Washington. This system has been sent to every District of the Corps of Engineers in the U. S. This System has been put directly into the hands of Senator Mary Landrieu of Louisiana. This system is even on the Internet and has been viewed by thousands of people all over the world. All have turned a deaf ear to this design. Why? Because the engineers who viewed my presentation could not find any fault with this system. In fact they said that this is exactly what’s needed. But will not build it. Why? The reason is that they did not come up with the idea. And second they will not be able to make a bunch of money off of this idea. They have chosen to make more money rather than saving peoples lives. They have had over 60 years to solve the problem with mud levees namely the “Liquefied Zone” (visit my website for meaning). And to date has come up with NO solution of solving the “Liquefied Zone” problem. So they decided to talk about it least as possible.
The problem with ALL mud levees is “The Liquefied Zone”. This is the bottom of All mud levees where two different types of mud are joining together. They liquefy and begin to weaken. The weakest part of ALL mud levees is the top. When water rises so does water pressure. The tops of ALL mud levees are smaller at the top than the bottom. That is why a completely different design is needed. Mud levees cannot compete with greater water pressure.
By building this different levee design; the top of this levee design is the same strength as the bottom. So if water rises, simply add onto this different design as needed and have the same strength to hold back the greater water pressure that has accrued.
This different levee design can also be used as a barrier to lower storm surge. This different levee design can also be used for land restoration. These are just some of the ways this different levee design can be used. One design that can be used for multiple purposes that will result in lower cost and a stronger means of protection.
But people are to busy with their own agenda. So Almighty God has gotten their attention.
Levees are breaking at an alarming rate. How will they be repaired? Sheet pile does not work. Rocks do not work. Levee walls do not work. More mud levees with different mud does not work. Mud is Mud and Dirt is Dirt. Cheap to build and costly to repair.
Different people have to get involved. The Corps of Engineers will continue doing what they where thought in school. That’s all they know how to do. The contractors they employ will do what they know how to do. The same disaster will happen again. And they know that. That is why they say, we will build it again but it will break. They are thinking inside the box. The answer will come from outside the box. A completely different way of thinking about levees.
The problem is that when a design proves to work and save lives it is past own to the people in charge to evaluate. Guess who they are. The Corps of engineers and their contractors.
The answer will NOT come from them. The answer has just been presented to you. So you are without excuse to say that a different levee system does not exists. Here it is.
So what will you do? Will it take the people to the United States to protest against the current people in charge of protecting them and say swallow your pride and admit that they do not know what to do? When the solution has been given to them all designed and ready to be built. How simple can that be? Maybe to simple. Man makes things complicated. God makes things simple. Man wants personal gains. God offers protection for His people.
You have your solution. Build it or continue losing lives, property and business. While the same current people in charge get richer and richer at the expense of human lives.
